In 2021, Paraguay came in at 73rd place, with 1,870 metric tons, just behind Latvia with 1,870 metric tons. Canada, Argentina and Iran followed in second, third and fourth place respectively. Paraguayan honey consumption showed a slight increase in 2018 compared to 2017, reaching 2,000 metric tons. That placed the country at 65th place, just behind Kazakhstan with 2,000 metric tons. The United States, Germany and Iran followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
