In 2021, it ranked 100th in the world, while Montenegro was first with 574 metric tons. Canada, Argentina and Iran followed in second, third and fourth place respectively. Venezuelan honey consumption reached 1,000 metric tons in 2018, up from the year prior. It ranked 78th globally, with Kuwait coming in first. The United States, Germany and Iran were second, third and fourth respectively.
