Israel is also set to be the 58th largest producer of honey in the world by 2026. This follows a 9.1% increase in production since 1966. In 2021, Colombia produced more honey than Israel, with 3,860 metric tons. Canada, Argentina, and Iran were ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively.
