Honey production in Belarus is set to drop slightly by 0.9% year on year, to around 2,500 metric tons by 2026. The country has seen a 1.3% decrease since 1997. In 2021, Belarus was ranked 68th, behind Japan at 2,610 metric tons. Canada, Argentina and Iran were ranked second, third and fourth, respectively. In 2018, Belarusian honey consumption came in at 3,000 metric tons, a slight increase from the year before. The country was ranked 54th, behind Azerbaijan at 3,000 metric tons. The United States, Germany and Iran were ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
