Tongan honey production is on course to reach 10.3 metric tons by 2026, down 1.1% on average each year since 2021. This follows a 1.7% drop year-on-year since 1966. In 2021, Tonga ranked 127th in the world for honey production, while Wallis and Futuna was ahead at 11 metric tons. Canada, Argentina and Iran followed in second, third, and fourth place respectively.
