The number of road casualties in Greece is expected to drop to 10,660 people by 2026, according to a report. This is a decrease of 2.7% annually since 2021, when 12,500 people were affected. The country has seen a 3.1% annual decline since 2015. Croatia has overtaken Greece, coming in at 21st in 2021 with 12,500 casualties. Germany, Italy and Russia ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
