Surinamese lead imports dropped significantly in 2018. The country imported $8,630 worth of lead, down 55.6% from 2017. This was the lowest level since 1999, a 35.9% decrease from the previous year. Saint Lucia topped the ranking for lead imports, with India, Germany and the United Kingdom coming in second, third and fourth respectively.
