Meanwhile, imports of lead are forecast to fall by 3.5% year on year on average to reach $8.5 million by 2026. Since 2001, Russian demand has increased by 5% year on year. In 2021, Russia was the 49th largest importer of lead, with Chile ahead at $10.5 million. India, Germany and the UK were the 2nd, 3rd and 4th biggest importers respectively.
