This marks a 1% year-on-year average rate of growth since 1999. In 2021, Nepal ranked 73rd in lead import, with Belarus overtaking the country at $2 million. India, Germany and the United Kingdom came in second, third and fourth respectively. Meanwhile, Nepal's lead exports jumped 366.5% from 2016 to 2017, to nearly $2.1 million. India, Germany and the United Kingdom took the top three spots in that ranking.
