Armenian Vehicle Registration Plummets by Nearly 33% in 2019 YEREVAN – The number of newly registered vehicles in Armenia dropped sharply to approximately 1,210 units in 2019, marking a significant decline from the 1,800 units registered the previous year. This represents a substantial decrease of around 33% compared to 2018. The downturn continues a concerning trend for the Armenian automotive market. Since 2010, vehicle registrations have fallen steadily, with an average annual decline of about 26%. The latest figures underscore the ongoing challenges faced by the sector.
