The reduction continues a long-term trend, with demand for such imports having declined by about 22.5 percent annually since 1994. On the export front, the situation was even more dramatic. In 2016, Indonesia's clothing accessories exports plummeted to just $350, a staggering 99.9 percent drop from the $616,000 reported in 2015. This decline is part of a broader pattern, with the country's supply of these goods having fallen by approximately 43.2 percent each year since 1997.
