Kenyan imports and exports of soap both experienced changes in 2018. Imports grew by nearly 8%, totalling around 2.7 million kilograms, while exports decreased by 11%, reaching around 7.8 million kilograms. Both figures have been steadily decreasing since 1997, with imports declining by almost 5% and exports dropping by 21%.
