Norwegian cosmetics exports are expected to fall slightly between 2021 and 2026, according to figures from the International Trade Centre. The country is projected to reach around $38 million by the end of the period, down 0.2% year-on-year on average. Norway was 73rd in the world ranking in 2021, with Jordan overtaking at $38.6 million. The US, Germany and Ireland respectively were 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Meanwhile, Norwegian cosmetics imports are set to grow in the same period. The country is expected to reach $766 million by 2026, up 1.2% year-on-year on average. Norway was 37th in 2021, with Brazil overtaking at $712 million. China, Germany and the UK were in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place.
