On average, since 1966, demand has grown 11.8% year on year. Exports of paper from Egypt are expected to reach 11,500 metric tons by 2026, a 2.8% year-on-year decrease. This is in comparison to 11,700 metric tons exported in 2021. Since 1997, supply has increased 7.3% year-on-year on average.
