Chilean paper exports totalled 567 metric tons in 2021, a 13.9% rise from the 498 metric tons shipped out in 2020. This marks a 4.9% decrease compared to figures back in 1978. Chilean paper imports are expected to fall to 157,350 metric tons in 2026, a 2.3% decrease from the 160,230 metric tons imported in 2021. This is 7.9% lower than the figures for 1966.
