The number of payment terminals in South Africa is set to hit 6.11 million units by 2026, up from 5.31 million in 2021. This represents a yearly growth rate of 2.6% since 2014 and places South Africa in 15th position, with Sweden in first. China, Brazil, and the United Kingdom took the second, third, and fourth places respectively.
