The country's import total for 2018 was $18 million, putting it in first place. India, Hungary and the Dominican Republic followed, respectively. Ghanaian exports of prescription glasses, meanwhile, soared 6,520% in 2017, up from just $34 in 2016. Since 2008, supply has dropped slightly, but the country's 2017 total was still a remarkable $2.25 million. Hungary, the Dominican Republic and India took the next three spots.
