In 2021, France ranked 11th, with the United Kingdom taking the lead position, followed by Belgium, Italy, and Germany respectively. Portugal overtook France in 2021, ranking 9th with $802,920. India, Hungary and the Dominican Republic respectively followed in 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions. French exports of prescription glasses also declined, reaching $7,709,900 in 2021, a drop of 4.5% compared to 2020. This is a decrease of 15.2% since 1999. The UK holds the top spot, followed by Belgium, Italy, and Germany in that order.
