In 2021, the country came in 89th place in the world rankings, behind Mexico with $1,370. India, Hungary and the Dominican Republic were the next three countries. In 2018, the export of prescription glasses from New Zealand was $5,180, compared to $1,230 the previous year – an increase of 319.9%.
