Burundian potash imports skyrocketed 116.7% in 2018, with a total of 5,130 kilograms imported. This is a significant increase from the 2,370 kilograms imported in 2017, and a 145.9% increase since 2006. Malta overtook Burundi for the top spot, importing 5,130 kilograms of potash in 2018, while Belgium, France and Malaysia came in second, third and fourth place respectively.
