Colombia's potash imports are expected to decline slightly over the next five years, dipping 0.3% each year on average. This follows a 3.7% decrease in demand since 1996. Colombia landed at number 38 in 2021, behind Chile's 3.3 million kilograms. Belgium, France and Malaysia ranked second, third and fourth, respectively. Meanwhile, Colombia's potash exports are set to grow 5% each year, according to a compound annual growth rate (CAGR). This follows a 148.7% increase in supply since 2002. Colombia was number 30 in 2021, behind the United Arab Emirates' 285,830 kilograms. South Korea, the United States and France came in second, third and fourth, respectively.
