Ghana imported 794,220 kilograms of potash in 2018, a 4.8% increase from 758,140 kilograms in 2017. This marks a decrease of 9.3% since 2001. Costa Rica overtook Ghana in the 2018 ranking, placing 53rd with 794,220 kilograms. Belgium, France and Malaysia were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
