Greek imports of potash are predicted to reach 1 million kilograms by 2026, up 0.2% from 2021. This is just a minor increase from 1993, when the demand was 0.1% higher than the previous year. In 2021, Greece ranked 49th in the world for potash import, with Pakistan having the highest number at 996,820 kilograms. Belgium, France, and Malaysia ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively. Greece's potash exports, however, dropped drastically in 2019 to 1,170 kilograms, a 46.4% decrease from 2018, and a 10.4% decrease since 1994. The country ranked 58th in 2019, with Ukraine leading the way at 1,170 kilograms. South Korea, the United States, and France ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively.
