Thailand's potash exports are expected to drop 3.1% annually over the next five years, from 2.3 million kilograms in 2021 to 2.3 million kilograms in 2026. This is a decrease of 16.7% since 1994. The Netherlands was the top exporter in 2021, with 2.8 million kilograms, followed by South Korea, the United States and France. Meanwhile, imports of potash into Thailand are predicted to grow 1.6% annually over the next five years, from 14 million kilograms in 2021 to 15 million kilograms in 2026. This is an increase of 3.6% since 1993. Japan was the leading importer in 2021, with 13.6 million kilograms, followed by Belgium, France and Malaysia.
