Despite this significant decrease, Barbadian demand for fuel has shown a steady increase over the long term. Since 1966, the country's fuel demand has risen by an average of nearly 11% annually. On the export front, Barbados maintained a stable level of fuel exports. The country exported 50 cubic meters of fuel in both 2015 and 2016, showing no change year over year.
