This represents an average annual decrease of 2.2%. Historically, Kuwait has seen a significant rise in fuel demand, with an average annual increase of 5.3% since 1969. On the export front, Kuwait's fuel export figures have remained stagnant. In both 2019 and 2020, the country exported zero cubic meters of fuel. Notably, since 1971, Kuwait's fuel supply for export has decreased by 100% annually.
