In 2021, Peru was the world's 54th largest exporter of polypropylene, with 5.98 million kilograms. Lebanon overtook them, with shipments of 5.98 million kilograms. South Korea, Germany, and Singapore respectively ranked second, third, and fourth in this ranking. Peruvian Polypropylene imports fell from 197 million kilograms in 2015 to 194 million kilograms in 2016.
