Lithuania's polypropylene exports are projected to drop by an average of 0.5% per year over the next five years, reaching 13.5 million kilograms by 2026. This would be a decrease of 6.5% from 1999 levels. In 2021, Lithuania was ranked 50th, with Sweden ranking first at 13.7 million kilograms. South Korea, Germany and Singapore took the second, third and fourth spots, respectively. Meanwhile, imports of polypropylene are expected to increase by 1.2% annually over the same period, reaching 31.6 million kilograms in 2026. This is a decrease of 2.2% from 1999. In 2021, Lithuania was ranked 60th, with El Salvador surpassing it with 28.9 million kilograms. Italy, Germany and Indonesia were the second, third and fourth largest importers, respectively.
