Burmese Polypropylene imports are set to reach 266 million kilograms by 2026, growing at an average annual rate of 2.7%. This is up from 223.6 million kilograms in 2021 and a 6.4% increase compared to 2015. The Netherlands was the biggest importer in 2021, followed by Italy, Germany and Indonesia. Burmese polypropylene exports reached 882,330 kilograms in 2018, up from 1,100 kilograms in 2017 – an increase of 80,110%. Macedonia was the biggest exporter in 2018, followed by South Korea, Germany and Singapore.
