Germany's whey exports are expected to reach $532 million by 2026, up just 0% from 2021. This follows an average 3.9% year-on-year growth since 1996. In 2021, France overtook Germany to become the second-largest whey exporter, at $531.9 million. France, Germany and the Netherlands were ranked second, third and fourth respectively. Meanwhile, German whey imports are estimated to reach $264 million by 2026, up 0.7% from 2021. This follows an average 4.6% year-on-year growth since 1996.
