Demand for Emirati whey is set to reach $11.8 million by 2026, up 0.7% year on year. This follows a 10.1% increase since 2012. Supplies of Emirati whey, however, are expected to fall to $880,000 by 2026, down 17.8% year on year. This follows a 24.5% decrease since 2012. India is currently the leading exporter of whey, with exports worth $2.6 million in 2021. France, Germany and the Netherlands follow in second, third and fourth place respectively.
