Kazakhstan's ammonia imports are projected to increase to nearly $9 million by 2026. According to data, the country's demand has grown an average of 2.3% year-on-year since 2021, when it was valued at $7.7 million. Since 2006, the demand has increased by 9.2% annually. However, Kazakhstan's supplies have decreased by almost 59% year-on-year since 2011. In 2018, the country ranked 65th in terms of ammonia imports, with Panama leading the way at $51.8 million. Saudi Arabia, Russia and Indonesia followed, taking second, third and fourth place respectively.
