Global consumption of processed vegetables is on the rise. By 2026, we are expected to consume 234.7 million kilograms, an increase of 0.7% each year from 2020's 224.6 million kilograms. This is due to a 1.6% year-on-year increase in demand. Germany, Spain and the Netherlands are the top three consumers of processed vegetables, in that order.
