Italy's Acrylonitrile import is set to reach 34.4 million kilograms by 2026, growing at an annual rate of 0.1%. In 2021, the country ranked 12th in the world, with 34.3 million kilograms of imports. Spain came in first, followed by India, South Korea, and Malaysia. Since 2019, Italy's demand for acrylonitrile has increased by 1.8%. Italian exports of acrylonitrile plummeted by 69.5% in 2018, from 806 kilograms in 2017. From 1999 to 2018, exports fell by 58.8%.
