Singapore's export of acrylonitrile is forecast to decline 24.4% annually from 2021 to 2026, reaching 44,110 kilograms by 2026. Since 1994, exports have fallen 7.3% each year. Imports of acrylonitrile to Singapore dropped 40.3% in 2018 compared to the previous year, to 46,990 kilograms. Demand has been declining on an annual basis since 1994, at a rate of 14.5%. In 2018, the United States was the top exporter of acrylonitrile to Singapore, followed by India, South Korea, and Malaysia.
