Italian butadiene export is expected to decline by 0.9% year on year on average over the next five years, with supply falling from 23.7 million kilograms in 2021 to 22.9 million kilograms in 2026. This is a rise of 16.8% since 1999. Japan overtook Italy in 2021, with the country coming in 20th in the rankings at 23.7 million kilograms. Germany, Belgium and Brazil were the top three in the rankings.
