Brazil's frozen food import and export are both set to rise over the next five years. Import is predicted to reach $131 million by 2026, up 1.7% year-on-year on average. Since 1994, demand has increased by 7% annually. In 2021, Brazil ranked 24th in the world, behind Singapore which imported $118 million. The US, South Korea, and Japan followed in the second, third, and fourth positions respectively. Meanwhile, the country's frozen food export is projected to reach $200 million by 2026, with a 3.5% average year-on-year growth rate. Since 1994, supply has grown by 33.4% year-on-year. In 2021, Brazil was in 83rd place, behind Belize with $163 million. China, Spain, and Mexico followed in second, third, and fourth places respectively.
