In contrast, sweetener sales in Saudi Arabia are expected to see a modest increase. Sales are forecasted to reach around 1.14 million metric tons by 2028, up from 1.1 million metric tons in 2023. This represents an average annual growth rate of 0.6%. Since 2019, the Saudi sweetener market has experienced a slight uptick, growing at an average rate of 0.8% per year.
