India's fishing equipment exports are projected to reach nearly $9 million by 2026, a decrease of 0.3% from 2021. This follows a 6.8% decline since 1993. In 2021, India was ranked 26th in the world, behind Costa Rica at $8.7 million. Japan, the United States and Malaysia were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively. The country's fishing equipment imports are expected to reach $4.4 million by 2026, an increase of 2.8% from 2021. This comes after an 11.8% uptick since 1993. In 2021, India was in 53rd place, behind Kazakhstan at $3.7 million. Japan, South Korea and Singapore were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively.
