Golf equipment exports and imports in Ethiopia are set to see steady growth in the coming years. Exports are expected to reach $4 million by 2026, up 2.9% annually since 2021, when they were valued at $3.4 million. Since 2012, exports have grown by 7.5% every year. Ethiopia was ranked 46th in 2021, behind Ivory Coast at $3.4 million. The US, Japan and Thailand took the top three spots in the ranking. Imports of golf equipment in Ethiopia are forecast to reach $174 million by 2026, growing at an average rate of 3.1% each year since 2021, when they were valued at $144.6 million. This is an increase of 29.4% since 2000. Ethiopia was placed 50th in 2021, behind Bahrain at $144.6 million. The US, Mexico and China came in first, second and third place in the rankings.
