Russia's golf equipment imports are set to drop by 9.9% year-on-year to reach around $14,500 by 2026. This follows a 7.7% increase since 2001. In 2021, Russia placed 87th in the global rankings, with Uruguay overtaking it with imports valued at $26,210. The USA, Mexico and China placed 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Russia's golf equipment exports have dropped dramatically since 2017, when it recorded shipments worth $8,910. This fell by a huge 98.5% to $134 in 2018. Since 2001, exports have decreased by 56.2% year-on-year.
