Lebanon is set to become a major player in the global golf equipment market. Exports of golf equipment are expected to reach $475.95 million by 2026, growing at a rate of 3.4% year-on-year. This figure has risen 2.8% year-on-year since 2013, and the country was ranked 58th in the world in 2021, overtaken by El Salvador with $387.02 million. The United States, Japan and Thailand respectively held the second, third and fourth spots in the ranking. Imports of golf equipment are forecast to reach $582,090 in 2026, increasing by 4.6% year-on-year. This figure has seen a 59.7% year-on-year increase since 2002, and Lebanon was ranked 34th in 2021, overtaken by Myanmar with $438,910. The United States, Mexico and China held the second, third and fourth positions in the ranking.
