In 2021, Mongolia ranked 103rd in the world for imports of the appliances, with Nepal overtaking the country in this ranking. Germany, France and the UK were the top three importers in 2021. Mongolia's exports of household refrigerators decreased significantly in 2017, with figures dropping from $797 in 2016 to just $212. This represented a year-on-year decrease of 73.4%.
