Russia is set to become a major player in the global household refrigerator market by 2026. Exports of household refrigerators are projected to reach $154 million, up 3.5% annually from 2021. This follows a 4.1% year-on-year growth since 2001. In 2021, Russia was in 10th place with $125 million, behind Poland at $125 million. Italy, Austria, and Mexico followed in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place respectively. On the other hand, imports of household refrigerators are expected to decrease to $58 million in 2026, down 3.7% annually from 2021. This follows a 7% year-on-year decline since 2001. In 2021, Russia was in 21st place with $72 million; Norway overtook with $72 million. Germany, France, and the United Kingdom followed in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place respectively.
