Russia, Greece and Hungary came in second, third and fourth, respectively. In 2015, Lithuania's tobacco sales had dropped to $28 million from $37 million the previous year. The country ranked 43rd, with Ethiopia taking the lead at $28 million. Indonesia, the Philippines and Poland followed in second, third and fourth place, respectively.
