Albanian tobacco production is set to fall by 12.4% year on year, reaching 552 metric tons by 2026. The country's supply has been decreasing since 1966 by 10% a year on average. In 2021, Albanian ranked 79th in production, with 1,170 metric tons of tobacco. Jamaica came ahead at number one, while India, Brazil and Zimbabwe were numbers two, three and four, respectively. In 2015, Albanian tobacco sales totaled $1.15 million, compared to $1.32 million the year before. The country came in 52nd in the rankings, with Cyprus ahead of it at $1.15 million. Indonesia, the Philippines and Poland were numbers two, three and four, respectively.
