Moldova is expected to jump to 75th place in the global ranking of broadband subscriptions by 2026. Last year, it had 781,510 subscriptions. This figure is set to reach almost 935,000 in 2026, representing a 3.1% year-on-year growth rate. Since 2006, the country has seen a 7% year-on-year growth in demand. Bosnia and Herzegovina surpassed Moldova in 2021 to become 75th. The United States, Japan and Brazil were the top three countries in the rankings with the most broadband subscriptions.
