Belarus is set to become one of the top 40 countries for broadband subscriptions by 2026. This year, the United Arab Emirates overtook Belarus with 3.6 million subscriptions, putting the country at number 41. The US, Japan and Brazil came in at numbers two, three and four respectively. Between 2007 and 2021, the number of broadband subscriptions in Belarus increased by 3.2% on a yearly basis. By 2026, this number is predicted to reach 4.2 million, a 2.5% growth from 2021 figures.
