Albania is set to have almost 700,000 broadband subscriptions by 2026. Demand for broadband in the country has increased by 15.4% year-on-year since 2010. In 2021, it was ranked 86th in the world, with Latvia coming ahead at 545,000 subscriptions. The US, Japan and Brazil were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
