The number of Puerto Rican broadband subscriptions is set to reach almost 800,000 by 2026. In 2021, the country ranked 77th in the world, with 712,000 subscriptions. This was a 0.7% increase on the previous year. The United States, Japan and Brazil all had more subscriptions than Puerto Rico, ranking 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
